Things this staff wants recorded that no football app ships with
— which side two linemen align on, who was at quarterback. A field is made
once and keeps for good; it shows only on the teams you attach it to, or on a
game where you switch it on. Removing one hides it and keeps every answer
already tagged.

The positions this team uses
Yours to name. Rename one onto another and the two merge,
which is how a position typed twice gets cleaned up. Removing one takes it
off the players who had it — it changes nothing about a play or a stat.
Who can sign in for a player
A parent sees the film and anything addressed to their child or
their child’s position group. They cannot tag, draw or delete. Everyone gets
an email inviting them to set their own password, so no password ever travels
by text.

Add addresses another way
The player import reads a Family Email column, so a
roster can arrive with the addresses already on it. Otherwise fill them in
here, or click any address on the list below.
The roster is what turns a jersey number into a name on the stat
sheet. Importing a corrected list updates players by jersey rather than adding
them twice.

either way a forgotten password can be replaced from here.
